Blanka is a psychotherapist, addiction specialist and social worker. She provides counselling to adults and young adults. She offers both individual and couples therapy. Her work also incorporates art therapy approaches and draws on her experience in group therapeutic work. The most frequent counseling topics in her practice are: relationship and partnership difficulties, life crises, traumatic experiences, chronic stress and emotional overload, personal boundaries, self-esteem, sense of safety, emotional processing, recurring relationship patterns and eating disorders. She also specializes in addiction and addictive behavior. She supports clients through significant life transitions and helps them find greater stability, balance and satisfaction in both their personal and professional lives.
Her approach is based on creating a safe, respectful and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. She seeks to understand not only the difficulties clients bring to therapy, but also their broader context and individual life stories. She supports clients in developing a deeper understanding of their needs, emotions and patterns of responding, and helps them gradually find their own path towards change. Authenticity, respect for each client’s individual pace and the practical applications of insights gained through therapy are central to her work. She approaches every client with respect for their unique life story and deeply values the trust they place in the therapeutic relationship. She consults in Czech.
