Miroslava works as a psychotherapist and lecturer, drawing on extensive experience in social services and psychotherapy practice. She has been active in the social services sector since 2005 and has her private counseling practice since 2022. She provides individual professional counseling to adolescents (aged 12 and up) and adult clients. Her professional work focuses primarily on anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, violence within relationships and many other topics.
In her work, she is guided by the principle that every life story is unique and cannot be judged from anyone else's perspective. She supports her clients in their personal growth and in opening up new paths in their lives, always proceeding with the utmost respect for their current capabilities and needs. She primarily uses Gestalt therapy while also drawing inspiration from techniques used in other approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral therapy. During sessions, she incorporates various projective techniques and the practice of relaxation methods. Since every client is different, every therapy process is unique and tailored to individual needs. She consults in Czech.
Miroslava received her Master's Degree in Special Education and Social Pedagogy. She has expanded her professional qualifications through systematic training in Gestalt psychotherapy, Mediation training, and further professional development, including courses in Anger Management Techniques, Crisis Intervention and Telephone-Based Crisis Intervention, Comprehensive Mediation, Motivational Interviewing, Working with Children in Crisis Situations, Addressing Suicidality and Self-Harm, The "Respecting And Being Respected" Course, Trauma within the Context of Biosynthesis, and Sandplay Therapy.
