Olha is a psychologist and therapist providing individual, couples or group therapy to adult clients. She specializes in counseling issues of self-worth, different forms of depression, psychosomatic symptoms and disorders, acute trauma as well as developmental trauma, and attachment difficulties. She frequently works with relationship and family issues, as well as challenges connected to professional life, such as communication within teams, questions of effectiveness and burnout. Her approach is grounded in seeing the person as a whole - paying attention to clients’ thoughts, emotions and bodily experience.
In her therapy Olha combines several complementary psychotherapeutic methods. The Gestalt approach helps to bring awareness to the here-and-now process and to patterns in relationships. Somatic Experiencing allows to gently support the release of trauma stored in the body and to restore a sense of safety and regulation. Cognitive-Behavioral Schema Therapy provides a structured way of addressing deep-rooted patterns of thinking and behavior that often stand in the way of well-being. Together, these approaches create a flexible and holistic framework, which are adapted to each client’s unique needs, pace, and personal history. In her work, Olha is inspired by genuine curiosity and compassion for people, the depth she gains through supervision and the discovery of new themes in her practice. She consults in Ukrainian and Russian language.
